Baosheng High Voltage Cable Co., Ltd (formerly known as Prysmian Baosheng Cable Co., Ltd), hereinafter called BHVC, is located in Baoying County, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province which was founded on August 13, 1999. It is a wholly owned subsidiary company of AVIC Baosheng Group Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of £¤500 million, occupies 200,000 square meters.
BHVC devotes continuously to producing and selling XLPE HV and EHV (500kV and above) power cable and supplying complete set of cable accessories including cable joints and terminations. The main manufacturing and testing equipment were imported from, Finland, Switzerland, Netherlands, UK, Germany and etc. All key manufacturing lines are equipped with world¡¯s level of triple extrusion equipment and continuous corrugation AI press equipment. Meanwhile, the company has full screened HV laboratory with cable testing system from Haefely Trench to achieve powerful guarantee for the test and inspection of the cable performance.
The products of BHVC widely apply for State Grid Corporation of China Southern Power Grid, power supply bureau, petroleum, petrochemical, power plants and metallurgical and other industries of provinces and cities, meanwhile export to Europe and America, Asia, Australia, and Africa and etc. more than 30 countries. Since 1999, BHVC has already provided more than 5000km of 110kV cable and more than 3000km of the total length of 220kV and 500kV cable for domestic and foreign markets.
